2. Products and product information

We aim to describe and present Glow Mee products as accurately as reasonably possible. Product packaging, appearance or other details may occasionally vary from images shown on the website.

Please read the product label, directions for use and other information supplied with the product before use.

3. Placing an order

You can place an order through the Glow Mee website by providing the information required at checkout.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may need to verify payment, product availability and order details before accepting and fulfilling an order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product unavailability. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

4. Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable delivery charges will be shown or calculated during checkout before an order is submitted.

Payments may be processed securely by a third-party payment service provider. Glow Mee does not intend to store customers' full payment card details directly.

If we discover an obvious pricing or payment error, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.

5. Delivery

Glow Mee delivers online orders within the United Kingdom.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after an order has been successfully placed. Delivery after dispatch is handled by our selected courier service, which may include Evri.

Courier delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

6. Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products returned following a change of mind should be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

Certain sealed products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after they have been unsealed where an applicable hygiene or health-protection exception applies.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@glowmee.co.uk.

We may ask for your order details and photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate the issue. Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

8. Using Glow Mee products

Glow Mee products should be used in accordance with the directions, warnings and other information provided on the product packaging or accompanying materials.

Individual experiences may vary. Information provided on our website is general product information and is not intended to replace professional medical or healthcare advice.

9. Website use

You may use the Glow Mee website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You must not intentionally misuse, interfere with, damage or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or related services.

Unless otherwise stated, the Glow Mee name, branding, website content, product presentation, graphics, text and other original materials on this website belong to Glow Mee Ltd or are used with appropriate permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject always to your applicable legal rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws applicable where you live.
